Apartments Ebert&Green in 09465 Sehmatal Neudorf Am Bahnhof 6

1. Contract

The Contract of Hire is between the Tenant and the Apartment Owner. The Tenant accepts responsibility for all payments and the persons using the apartments Ebert&Green during the holiday. Completion of the booking form implies acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.

2. Payments

When the booking is made a deposit of 50,00 € is required within 7 days, which will be deducted from the total costs at the time of your final payment. Non payment at the due date will be treated as a cancellation. In all cases of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Your holiday must be paid in full at the day of your arrival.

3. Cancellation and Insurance

If the Tenant cancels the booking within the below listed time periods, the Tenant has to pay shares of the full price.

up until 45 days	20 % of the full price
44 until 30 days	40 % of the full price
29 until 22 days	60 % of the full price
21 days	80 % of the full price

If the Tenant leaves early, the Owner ist entitled to retain all payments made.
The Tenant is advised to arrange cancellation insurance.

4. Availability

In the unlikely event that the property becomes unavailable, due the events beyond the Owner’s control, the booking will be cancelled. The Tenant will be refunded the deposit, with the Tenant having no further claim against the Owner.

5. Occupation Times

The Apartment is available from 2:30pm on arrival date until 10am on the departure date, unless otherwise agreed with the Owner.

6. Included in Let

Central heating, hot water, electricity and broadband internet are included in the rental. Bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels and tea towels are also provided. A council tax of 30 Cents per day per person is to be added to the total payable to apartment Ebert&Green and is payable at the time of your arrival.

7. Damage

All bookings are accepted on condition the property is left clean and tidy and the Tenant will pay for any breakages, damage or extra cleaning required. With a loss of key, Tenant must pay for exchange the lock and keys.

8. Car, Personal Belongings and Safety

No responsibillity can be accepted by the owner for loss or damage to any vehicle, it’s contents and other personal belongings.

9. Access

The owner is to be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time during the holiday occupancy if a repair is necessary.

10. Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

11. Pets

Sorry, we regret no pets are allowed.

12. Complaints

If you have any cause for complaint during your stay at apartments Ebert&Green, notify the Owner who will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
